Open Soul's newest releases, including our upcoming 2024 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir release, will be paired with four courses by The Marc's Executive Chef Nigel Blair, each one intentionally crafted to complement and elevate what's in your glass. Along the way, hear the stories behind the wines — from the land they come from to the care that goes into every bottle.
