2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir - Final Cases

Introducing the inaugural Open Soul Rosé, made with 100% Pinot Noir. This wine evokes a soulful chorus with its pitch perfect acidity, steady rhythm of texture, and a melody of fresh fruits that overwhelm the senses.

From a single vineyard with deep historical roots in the Dundee Hills AVA of the Willamette Valley, the grapes were harvested on September 16th, 2023. Hand picked, double hand sorted, and pressed as whole clusters, the grapes burst forth with pristine soft pink juice.

A cool, slow fermentation in neutral French oak preserved fresh aromas. Two additional months of neutral oak aging amplified the texture before bottling on March 6th, 2024.

The result is a diaphanous wine, with delicate notes of alpine strawberry, yellow nectarine, and lemon thyme, finishing with a subtle salinity reminiscent of sea spray and beach grasses.
